| Gas is more precise, faster-heating and gives more even results. It also tends to be cheaper overall. Having an open flame and a gas line do tend to be riskier than electricity for some people, though. | Report

| Gas, because you can alter the flame very quickly, but you caNNOT DO THAT WITH ELECTRIC, WHICH CAN EASILY BURN. | Report
