| I do not think it opend too early as lots of testing had been done with litrally thousands of bags, they just transfered too many routes at one time. | Report

| Yes, they should have waited and tested terminal 5 a little more thoroughly. Instead they (BAA, BA) have cause themselves allot of embarrassment | Report
