As anyone who has an MBA, or even taken an I/O (Industrial Organizational) Psychology class can tell you - Planning is the single most important part of most (if not all) jobs.
For instance, setting out job goals: you need steps to accomplish the end result; if you do not buy the materials in step 1 (for example), then how will you complete the final project?
The consequence of not planning could range from minor (slight delays, having to re-do a portion of the project) to major malfunctions (recalls, major timeline setbacks, and even getting fired). | Report
