I will agree with anyonymous it is better for the environment, you can even buy flushable liners that are non toxic to place inside of them, they still offer services where you pay a monthly fee, along with the fee they will pick up and drop off diapers, plus you get the pail with this...
I have a six month old daughter and we looked into this option |  Report
