Information | | Why is it when i relax in bed and as i am about to sleep but still fully conscious i get this jolt like feeling that makes my body jump, sometimes very hard. it feels like my heart has an electric shock, but no pain. i don't think it sleep apnia since i am conscious when it happens. it only happens when i am in bed ready to sleep. any ideas?
