Sounds to me like someone is doing BTEC sport?
If that’s the case I had to do this sort of thing last year, and it’s quite hard to explain.
What you have to do it pick 4 sporting movements.
example: sprint start
Javelin throw
long distance runner
I don’t know, something else
as a tip make sure that they are all different movements and contrasting as this will make the next section easier. When you have to compare them.
All you have to do is describe the movement in which the joints, muscles, ligaments are using. So is the joint a ball and socket and does this make action more effective? Say weather the muscles are using flexion or extension. Say how all the movements of joints when linked together provide the best performance.
Also describe the type of movement of the joint helps. EG: The hinge joint only allows a back and forward motion.
Hope this helps.
p.s: your school should have a BTEC sport book at school that should help with explaining thingy. Pretty much gives you the answers. | Report
